I read an article James Jirat Patradoon shared on facebook and it inspired me, (James is an incredible artist BTW, if you've never heard of him then look him up ASAP, you won't regret it). Put simply, the article suggests that one should not strive to produce the best of their ability every time, but rather to produce as much as possible, and over time their worst will naturally get better. In essence, ''quantity leads to quality.''

My goal started as ''3 drawings a day,'' but since ''a drawing'' is difficult to define when most of your work is practice, I changed it to ''3 pages a day.'' Just as the original goal, this is a tentative one, subject to possible change/redefinition.

I won't be uploading much if any of these drawings to Deviantart. I've always hated dealing with the wonky interface, picking a category, writing a description, tagging, etc., all for my work not to be seen or cared about. Deviantart hasn't been working right for me ever since I switched to Chrome anyways, so screw it. Instead I'll be uploading everything to facebook, it's just a whole hell of a lot easier.

I've already uploaded the first 26 days of art, I'm on day 35 as of this writing, and am 46 pages behind, lmao.

So I've decided to make one pixel item a day, mostly weapons, but other stuff too, like armor, potions, gems, etc.. The goal is to have them all in a similar style and as relatively to scale with one another as possible. After a while I hope to have an entire library of items to eventually use in a game, or to give to someone to use in a game in exchange for credit and a portion of any money made. HOORAY :onfire:
